Climbing Kilimanjaro Via the Northern Circuit Route

Overview

The Northern Circuit Route is one of the newest and most scenic routes on Mount Kilimanjaro, offering trekkers a more remote and less crowded experience. This route circumnavigates the entire mountain, allowing climbers to experience a diverse range of ecosystems, from lush rainforests to alpine deserts and volcanic landscapes. It is also known for its gradual ascent, which makes it one of the best options for acclimatization. With 9 days to complete the trek, it provides ample time for your body to adjust to the high altitude, increasing the chances of summit success. The Northern Circuit is ideal for those looking for an off-the-beaten-path adventure with stunning panoramic views of Kilimanjaro and its surroundings.

This route allows trekkers to enjoy the quieter northern slopes of the mountain, offering incredible views and an opportunity to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the area.
